In the event our product is delivered with a quality concern, please provide the following details to our customer service team:

1 - Online order number
2 - Description of issue
3 - Images of defective product and lot code information (normally found on the back or bottom of product).

We do not accept returns for any other reason.

Once you checkout, you will receive information on how to manage your subscriptions. You can add, remove, and reschedule your subscriptions.

We are currently in the process of creating brand new packaging for all our items! We don't believe in wasting perfectly good food, so that means you may receive the old packaging until we run out of it.

Any products you order from SproutOrganics.com has a minimum of 60 days until the best by date unless otherwise noted on the product description.

We start by testing the raw ingredients we use! It’s not enough to test after the product has been made and ready to go to your home.

Before we even produce a recipe, we are making sure the ingredients are within safe levels. Then, we test every batch again before we send our products out across the country.

Once you receive your order, you can look up the test results by visiting this link, and entering the LOT code that is stamped onto the package.

Rest assured that all our batches are tested and are not released until we have results that are deemed safe!
